Inside Sales Executive

Role: Inside Sales Executive Location: Navi Mumbai Joining: Immediate Experience: 1- 3 years

As the Inside Sales Executive, you will be required to assist Sales team in overall sales tracking, marketing and customer relationships management. The role will also involve coordination with Sales and other functions to track delivery times and ensure on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound enquiries and transfer qualified leads to the selling team.

  • Research the right contact persons for target companies using LinkedIn and other online resources.

  • Make outbound calls to connect with the right stakeholders of the target companies.

  • Prepare quotes and follow up for orders with existing customers.

  • Support the outbound sales team with documentation & follow up.

     

    Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & hindi. Any other language (Especially South Indian) will be an added advantage.

  • Clear and confident voice.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in telemarketing of financial, concept based or other such products.

  • Some experience in online lead generation.

  • Good command over MS excel.
