Role: Service Technician

Location: Navi Mumbai

Joining: Immediate Experience: 3- 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service to commercial refrigeration systems, including installing, servicing, repairing, and replacing parts; participating in preventative maintenance schedules; and performing minor calibrations.

• Perform system checks, system troubleshooting, and refrigerant recovery.

• Perform electrical and gas system troubleshooting.

• Maintain records including daily service logs, refrigerant recovery reports, and service records.

• Research and resolve complex system problems.

• Complete assigned paperwork and forms (in English or Hindi)

  Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:

• Refrigeration Technician/ Diploma holder with 2+ experience in refrigeration and service.

• Thorough understanding of refrigeration cycle and related components mandatory

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration equipment

• Ability to communicate in Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi or any other Indian language (especially South Indian) will be an added advantage.

• Candidate should be willing to travel extensively and should be available to resolve queries or offer support at odd-times and on holidays if need be.
