Role: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 3-5 years

As the Sales Coordinator, you will be required to assist Sales team in overall sales tracking, marketing and customer relationships management. The role will also involve coordination with Sales and other functions to track delivery times and ensure on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:


  • You will work together with the Sales team on ongoing projects, order closures, payment receipts, preparation of order confirmations and proforma invoice.
  • You will coordinate with customers for payments.
  • You will coordinate with customers to facilitate on-time delivery.
  • You will coordinate customer visits at factory.
  • You will be responsible for preparation of monthly sales MIS and other sales reports.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • You will be the SPOC between Sales team and all other teams including Operations, Design, and Accounts.
  • You will attend daily meetings with production, purchase, design etc to understand production and delivery status.
  • You will act as a SPOC between operations team and the customer understanding and clarifying any questions either party has regarding delivery and execution.
  • You will support the Accounts team, acting as a SPOC between Accounts and Customer teams for ledger matching, verification, and timely payment recovery.

 Sales Admin:

  • You will coordinate between Sales team and Admin team for Ticket and hotel bookings.
  • You will help Sales team in scheduling customer appointments.
  • You will also support in marketing activities that are undertaken from time to time.


Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:

Graduates with strong customer focus and good understanding of MS Office, Excel are preferred. Candidates should have good communication, influencing skills and prior experience of working in cross functional teams.
