As the VP – Product Development for our Remote Monitoring solution, TAMsys, you will be working on one of the most advanced cold chain monitoring platforms globally. TAMsys® is a real-time wireless-based temperature monitoring platform that gives you 100% visibility and control over temperature management across your cold chain. This platform is designed to centrally manage the temperature so that your products are neither spoiled nor wasted during cold chain logistics. This product is a game changer in the segment and is fast gaining adoption in the Cold chain ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Growing and leading a cold chain IoT product development and deployment
- Enhancing the product range – both on the hardware and Cloud side
- Interfacing with sales and marketing teams along with customers for building and enhancing the product
- Building the on-ground execution capability and customer support function
- Build and execute the product strategy for global expansion
- Rapid growth opportunity for ambitious candidates
Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:
- B.Tech or Post Graduate in Electronics/communication or Computer Science from Tier 1/2 institute
- Good understanding of software technology stack required for building of a SAAS platform – experience with AWS IoT is a big plus
- Prior experience in product engineering and management roles or in product teams for 5+ years
- Understanding and experience on hardware / embedded systems is a plus
- Team and stakeholder management experience with and without direct reporting
- Multi-tasking, planning, and leadership capability
- Passion for building new products
